My 2014 #EdTech Final Four are:
- FlipQuiz was created to provide educators with a quick way to create game show-style boards for test reviews in the classroom. Traditionally, these are created (tediously) using poster boards, chalkboards, or dry-erase markers on an overhead slide. The review questions are usually even written on a separate sheet of paper.
- With FlipQuiz, questions are displayed on-screen and boards are saved for later use. Combined with a well-designed board, students are more likely to be interested and stay engaged with an otherwise disjunct test review process.
- Perform mathematical operations naturally using your handwriting
- CES 2013 – Mobile App Showdown Winner
- Use your handwriting to write any arithmetic formula
- Write and calculate mathematical expressions in an intuitive and natural way with no keyboard
- Scratch-out gestures to easily delete symbols and numbers
(West) Evernote
(Midwest) Card Table for iOS
- It’s not a card game. It’s every card game.
- Card Table gives you a virtual deck of cards and lets you play all of your favorite card games.
- Play your favorite card games, including poker, blackjack, hearts, bridge, rummy, old maid, spades, go fish, and any other card game you can play with a single deck of cards.
