Christopher J. Nesi is certified in social studies and supervision and has inspired students and teachers at the middle, high school, and collegiate levels. Technology and its role in education are his professional passion.
Mr. Nesi is on the cutting edge of education technology trends and he is a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy educator who is never short on innovative ideas, energy, and the desire to get involved in a school community.
Mr. Nesi has developed and presented professional development workshops to K-12 and collegiate educators about social media, connected learning, technology integration strategies, and podcasting. New technologies are always becoming available and the expansion of an educators’ understanding and use of these innovations for personal and professional use motivate Nesi.
Christopher Nesi hosts the House of #EdTech Podcast. House of #EdTech explores how technology is changing the way teachers teach and the impact that technology is having in education. He is also the co-host of the PodcastPD Podcast.
In 2015, he founded the Education Podcast Network as a way to connect with other education podcasters and to provide a place where people could easily access the best in education podcasts. In 2019, he was named one of EdTech’s 30 Must-Follow K–12 Education IT Influencers by EdTech Magazine.

Chris moved to New Jersey with his parents and younger brother when he was seven years old. Mr. Nesi a proud graduate of Spotswood High School (’99) where he could be seen on-stage as a member of the drama club and on the diamond as a 3-year member of the varsity baseball team.
Currently, Chris and his wife currently reside in New Jersey with their sons, “Monkey” and “Crab” and chihuahuas, Ruby and Jeter. They love riding their bikes to the beach, cooking great tasting food, and spending time with family and friends!
Chris also enjoys playing basketball, baseball, softball and is a knowledgeable sports fan. He loves going to Yankees games and watching the Knicks, Rangers, and football Giants. In his limited free time, Chris also enjoys graphic design, web design, and video editing.
