Natalie O’Neil is an English teacher at West Morris Central High School (Chester, NJ), which is part of the West Morris Regional School District. She has taught creative writing, and all levels of Freshman, but currently teach Seniors and Sophomores. Natalie is also an adjunct instructor at Ramapo College (Mahwah, NJ) where she teaches a course she created for their First Year Experience program.

Richard Byrne – Richard is a former high school social studies teacher best known for developing the website: FreeTech4Teachers.com. He taught for eight and a half years at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School in South Paris, ME. During that time he piloted 1:1 laptop program that eventually went school-wide. Richard also coordinated a “laptop squad” to support teachers’ use of laptops in their classrooms.
 
He has been invited to speak at events all over North America, Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. His work is focused on sharing free web-based resources that educators can use to enhance their students’ learning experiences.
