Brian Briggs – is a California educator and is currently Director of Innovation and Instructional Technology at Plumas Lake Elementary School District.

Brian is responsible for the implementation of three aspects of technology and instruction; including technology being used as a tool for learning by students, teachers planning and implementing instructional techniques using technology to engage students in learning, and the infrastructure needed to support the use of technology in the District. He leads and supports his district in integrating the 21st Century skills, the Common Core Standards, and the everyday learning of students.
