Angela Cleveland

Angela is an experienced project manager with expertise in government (DoD, USAID, BHA), higher ed, educational technology, and the K-12 space. She is adept at championing innovation, change management, and leading cross-functional teams. She leverages PMO standard methods, systems, processes and tools, including project schedules, tasks, issue management and risk identification and mitigation to create and manage strategic partnerships with federal agencies (USAID, BHA) and regional subcontractors, leading the design and implementation of international development programs.
