#EdTech Thought

Trying Something New
  • Your new school year is right around the corner! You may even be back at school in some capacity all ready. As a new school year approaches give serious consideration to trying something new this year with technology. Since you listen to this podcast you’re already showing no fear and you’re willing to learn about education technology and technology integration so you’re off to a great start.
  • As I say in each episode, “using technology isn’t difficult, just give it a try.” I truly mean this. Here are four quick things you can try this school year:
      • Maintain your class website.
      • Implement a new technology tool.
        1. Evernote in episode 7
        2. Celly was the first tool I recommended on the House of #EdTech so check out episode 1 for some thoughts on Celly and episode 6 where I spoke with Derek Teller of Celly.
      • Get Connected.
      • Attend an Un-Conference.
